About Phil Stubbs

Phil Stubbs is a Business Modelling professional with several years' people management experience. He has worked in a variety of industries at analyst, consultant and manager levels. He is currently working in the retail industry.

Until recently, he was employed as a Senior Consultant by Trinity Horne Consulting. He managed technical projects, for example successfully project-managing the outsourcing of calls on behalf of a retail client. He acted as the Business Modelling specialist within the consultancy, assisting its many projects in the retail, banking, communications, IT industries as well as government. Before his consultancy experience, he worked as an analyst and manager in the Energy, Communications and Retail Finance industries.

He has a degree in Management Studies and Operational Research, plus a Masters degree in Operational Research - with distinction - from Lancaster University.

He lives in Manchester, UK.
